Terms of Service

OneFront provides professionals with a hosted public profile page (“storefront”) that lets prospective clients discover their services and submit booking enquiries. The Service is operated by OneFront, a product of Verifield LLC, and accessible at onefront.me.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service as a provider. By signing up you represent that this is the case.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when setting up your profile. OneFront reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or unlawful content.

New accounts receive a free trial period. After the trial expires, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. Pricing and payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

You agree not to use OneFront to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent professional credentials.
• Collect visitor data for purposes other than responding to legitimate booking enquiries.
• Transmit spam, malware, or any content that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

When a visitor submits a booking enquiry through your storefront, that data (name, email, phone, notes) is delivered to you as the provider. You are solely responsible for how you use and store that information, and must comply with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to OneFront (profile text, photos, etc.). By uploading content you grant OneFront a limited, non-exclusive licence to display it as part of your public storefront. OneFront owns all rights to the platform, branding, and underlying code.

The calendar booking feature is powered by Cal.com. By connecting your Cal.com account you also agree to Cal.com’s terms of service. OneFront is not responsible for the availability or behaviour of Cal.com’s platform.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. OneFront does not verify the professional credentials of providers listed on the platform. Visitors engaging with a provider do so at their own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneFront shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, lost data, or missed bookings. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. OneFront may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your public storefront will be taken offline and your data deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered providers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
